Preparing for the visit

We will send you a poster pack and confirmation of booking form.
Plan Tom’s visit and return the booking form with all your requirements for us to check.
Decide how you’d like to offer books for sale – using your local bookshop or with Rosemary Hill’s book box.
Optional – send us any NEW SUPPLIER FORMS or PURCHASE ORDER NUMBERS that your school may need us to use.

Souvenir Booklet for pupils (print on 2 sheets of A4 and fold in half to 8 pages). It includes an acrostic puzzle to do, an interview with Tom about reading & writing, space for them to write down the question they want to ask Tom and a place to collect his signature – if you’d like to let us know how many signatures to send you on stickers. If they didn’t get the chance to buy a signed and dedicated book from Tom, we are happy to sort out any last minute book sales. Or if they have bought any of Tom’s books subsequently from Amazon or a local bookseller, we can send them signed book plates to add to their books.
